After further clarification, modifying the idea to the following:
Stanford Healthcare has requested that Lumeris investigates the feasibility of adding a member's PCP history to the SHCA Provider portal. Due to Stanford's Medical Groups, the member's PCP dictates where and by whom they can be seen. The absence of the PCP history impacts results in additional calls into customer service which can be a long wait and requires man power from both the LHO side and SHCA provider side. (added email attachment for example)
