Currently, members who want to set up EFT are prompted to call Customer Service to set up EFT and then they have to mail in a voided check. Explore possibility of member "selecting" EFT on member website and then automatically trigger a letter to the member with set up process + instructions.
This needs further exploration- a member can complete on line or may want the ability to download and print. May be covered under another feature.
Comment from Atkin Smedley in Customer Service Idea Submission Box: "For the Payment Options Form system on the website, instead of just directing users to call Customer Service for a change to EFT, it should also give members the option to download and print the paper Payment Options Form for them to fill out and submit with a voided check, instead of requiring a member to call us and customer service to mail a copy of the form."
